Book about R80 to be released soon


I’m pleased to announce that a new book covering Check Point R80
has been in production for 5 months now and is nearing completion. This
new book is the first of a series and has a working title of “New
Frontier: Check Point R80”. It is a collaborative effort featuring
four recognised professionals with quite a lot of Check Point
expertise (in alphabetic order):


- Eric Anderson – USA
- Timothy Hall – USA
- Kishin Fatnani – India
- Valeri Loukine - Switzerland (author of this blog)

      Hi, that's a good question. We have decided to wait for GW version to be released first. Probably Q1 2017

      Ok Im looking forward the book. Just switched to cp and find it hard to get books/videos about it. Seems like cp want everyone to go their courses?

      Check Point courses provide good structure of materials and help you preparing for certification.

      If you a looking for free of charge materials, that's another story. You probably want to join CPUG.org, if you did not do that yet. That's a nice independant forum with lots of technical discussions.
